Background
German automobile manufacturer Audi commissioned the development for a showroom of the future. Under the motto “for the city, where space is scarce and time never stands still“, a digital showroom was developed that invites users to experience The World of Audi. At the forefront is a multi-touch display that serves as the control element.

Configuration
Users can experience car configuration in an entire new light. After selecting their desired model, they have access to the entire range of customization options Audi has to offer—from the engine type and color of the rims to the material used in the cigarette lighter.
Features
Just as in a real sales talk, the digital showroom ensures that users receive all the information they require, enables them to view the vehicle in 3D, while also providing immediate access to multimedia content.
Powerwall
By tossing the finished configuration onto the so-called “Powerwall,” the experience is equipped with an additional boost of realism. By doing so, the vehicles can be displayed in their true dimensions and allow users to “get behind the wheel.”
